1. You agree to your album/EP/single being freely downloadable on www.cinocirecords.com under the Creative Commons copyright license Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5.
   
2. You agree to your music and/or artist name being used in promotional material for Cinoci Records (such as on last.fm, on facebook.com, on audiobaba.com, or in future podcasts or videos).
3. You agree to the album/EP/single submitted to Cinoci Records exclusively being available in its entirety from www.cinocirecords.com. You must not offer your complete album/EP/single freely, in the form existing on the Cinoci Records site, either on your own personal website or on other download sites.
   
4. You agree to place a link on your personal webpage, if applicable, to the download of your music on Cinoci Records.
5. You will retain all copyright of your music released on Cinoci Records.
6. Any samples used MUST be cleared before submission to Cinoci Records. You are personally responsible for making sure there are no copyright infringements within your work.
   
7. You may request the numbers of times your album/EP/single has been downloaded. Additionally, you may request a list of email addresses of people who have downloaded your music so that you can, within reason, notify these fans of forthcoming releases and general news.
8. Any possible future commercial releases from Cinoci Records, such as compilation albums, which include your music, will be dealt with in a future contract. That is to say: Cinoci Records will not release your music for commercial benefit until further notice.
   
9. If ever you wish to have your music removed from Cinoci Records, then this can be requested by emailing label@cinocirecords.com.
